Hospitality Ministry

My grandmother, Deacon Rachel McClellan is the reason that I joined Unity; I was baptized at age thirteen. I have served in several ministries: Hospitality Committee, Nurses Guild, Usher Board, Youth Department, Grant Specials, Samuel Moore Spiritualists, Voices of Unity, and the Young Adult Choir. In 2002, I was appointed to lead the Hospitality Committee by former Deacon Chairman, John Burley. I believe that God has called me to this ministry; I have a heart for service. My goal is for both members and visitors to feel the warmth of love and Christian community through the service of the Committee. Psalm 23 is my favorite scripture. This scripture speaks peace to my soul.
